📋 Description

• Lead Gong Forecasting rollout across the AE org with executive dashboards
• Own Sigma reporting ecosystem: Activity Analytics, GTM catalog, EOQ Retro
• Apply AI-first analytics: lead Sigma AI POC and AI-driven self-service roadmap
• Architect Salesforce Opportunity Split end-to-end with Snowflake/Sigma parity
• Drive GTM Data Governance: Data Dictionary, Reporting Council, KPI sign-off
• Define and document the strategic Reporting Strategy and scalable self-service framework

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Analytics, Revenue Ops, or GTM Analytics at a B2B SaaS company
• Sigma Computing: production dashboards, workbooks, and self-service reporting
• Gong: Gong Forecasting configuration, dashboards, and platform rollout
• Snowflake: proficient querying; Snowflake AI/Cortex familiarity
• Salesforce: deep understanding of Salesforce data model, including Opportunities and Splits
• SQL: strong SQL skills for pipeline validation and ad hoc analysis
