Sales and Design Consultant

📋 Description

• Design organization units for customers using CAD software.
• Use consultative sales approach to meet monthly sales goals.
• Telecommute to customers' homes for needs analysis and design storage units.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Follow up with customers and coordinate with installation team.
• This is a full-time (40 hours/week) opportunity.

🎯 Requirements

• Interior design education or passion for home décor.
• Exceptional customer experience to drive repeat clients.
• Professional, assertive, consultative sales skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and devices (laptop/tablet).
• Experience with Salesforce, CAD or design software a plus.
• Creative yet detail-oriented with craftsmanship.
