Sales and Design Consultant

📋 Description

• Full-time role, 40+ hours per week.
• Travel to customers’ homes to design storage with CAD.
• Meet or exceed sales targets by pursuing referrals.
• Coordinate with installation team to ensure job completion.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Manage multiple projects and clients with varying complexity.

🎯 Requirements

• Interior design education, industry experience, or in-home sales preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365; comfortable with laptops/tablets.
• Experience with Salesforce, CAD, or design software is preferred.
• Creative but detail-oriented with craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
