• Design organization units for customers using proprietary CAD software.
• Use consultative sales approach to meet monthly sales goals.
• In-home consultations and electronic communications for needs analysis.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
• Follow up with customers and coordinate with installation team.
• Pursue referrals and repeat business.

🎯 Requirements

• Interior design education, industry experience, or passion for home decor.
• Professional, assertive, consultative sales skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite; comfortable with laptops/tablets.
• CAD or design software experience is a plus.
• Creative, detail-oriented with a sense of craftsmanship.
• Team player; can manage multiple projects/clients.
