📋 Description

• Full-time (40+ hrs/week).
• 12-week paid training program.
• Primarily remote; weekly showroom shift required.
• Design, measure, and design custom storage using CAD.
• Meet/exceed sales targets via referrals and repeat business.
• Coordinate with installation team to ensure job completion.

🎯 Requirements

• Interior design education or in-home sales experience preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365; laptop/tablet usage required.
• Experience with Salesforce, CAD, or design software preferred.
• Creative, detail-oriented with a sense of craftsmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
