Sales and Design Consultant

📋 Description

• Commute to customers' homes and design custom storage solutions using proprietary CAD software
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by pursuing referrals and repeat business
• Follow up with customers and collaborate with installation team to ensure job completion
• Manage company and self-generated leads from start to finish using internal Sales Cycle
• Design on-the-spot during consultations and upload documents into CXM (Salesforce) system
• Manage a portfolio of projects and clients of varying complexity

🎯 Requirements

• Interior design education, direct industry experience, or in-home sales experience preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience with laptops, tablets, other devices
• Previous experience with Salesforce, CAD, or design software preferred
• Creative and detail-oriented with a sense of craftsmanship
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
