Sales and Design Consultant

📋 Description

• Commute to customers' homes and design custom storage solutions using proprietary CAD software
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by pursuing referrals and repeat business
• Follow up continuously with customers and collaborate with the installation team to ensure job
• Manage both company and self-generated leads from start to finish, utilizing the internal
• Respond to introductory calls within 24 working hours
• Design on-the-spot during consultations

🎯 Requirements

• Interior design education, direct industry experience, and/or in-home sales experience (preferred)
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365
• Experience with laptops, tablets, and other electronic devices
• Previous experience with Salesforce, CAD, or design software (preferred)
• Creative, detail-oriented, with a sense of craftsmanship
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
