• 90% field-based role in Ulta Beauty stores.
• Represent StriVectin, PanOxyl, and Blue Lizard brands.
• Drive retail performance across assigned territory.
• Blend sales strategy, in-store education, events, and relationships.
• Territory: Pasadena, CA.
• Salary: $70,000 + quarterly bonus.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of retail management in cosmetics/beauty
• Proven ability to meet/exceed sales goals
• Strong sales execution and operational excellence
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through
• Travel up to 50%
