• A documented sales track record. You have carried an individual quota in a fast-paced

• Comfort with high-volume, face-to-face selling. Strong retail, hospitality, or service backgrounds
• Self-direction and follow-through. You manage your own pipeline, your own marketing, and your own
• Sharp with figures. Comfortable with payment math, contracts, and the details that close a deal
• Coachable and team-minded. You take feedback, share what works, and show up for your community.

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary of $35,000 per year (paid regardless of sales)
• Uncapped commission program with on-target earnings of $78,000 - $125,000
• Top performers can earn $150,000 - $200,000
