Sales Assistant

📋 Description

• Research and build targeted prospect lists by Sales criteria
• Identify decision-makers; collect and verify contact details
• Enrich lead and account records with firmographic data
• Maintain CRM records in HubSpot; deduplicate and standard formatting
• Support outreach by preparing lists and scheduling follow-ups
• Coordinate calendars and meeting logistics for Sales

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required; degree in Business/Marketing a plus
• Experience in lead generation, internet research, data entry, or sales/admin support
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy (names, emails, etc.)
• Clear written and verbal communication for outreach and internal updates
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and CRM tools; HubSpot a plus
• Remote work: reliable time management and ability to prioritize tasks
