Sales Assistant

📋 Description

• Identify and engage prospective buyers through outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and ensure a clean handoff
• Qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, demo requests, calls, and emails
• Communicate Homebound's value proposition clearly and credibly to prospects
• Build and maintain an organized, accurate prospect pipeline
• Maintain complete and current records in Salesforce

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales related role
• Demonstrated experience in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email outreach, and
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build credibility and trust
• A consistent track record of personal accountability and follow through
• Resilience and sound judgment when navigating new or unexpected challenges
• The ability to receive feedback constructively and adjust approach accordingly
