📋 Description

• Maintain a high volume of calls to patients to assess eligibility and explain study requirements.
• Use consultative sales and customer service skills to help patients understand opportunities.
• Schedule qualified patients for initial visits and follow up throughout their journey.
• Handle patient calls and partner with clinics to meet enrollment goals.
• Learn and use new technology and systems to manage outreach and follow-up.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing sales role; retail supervisors encouraged.
• A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Comfort learning and using new technology and systems.
• Compassionate, people-focused communication skills.
• A self-motivated, coachable, organized approach.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

🎁 Benefits

• Base rate: $16.00–$18.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission. Avg first-year earnings
