• Greet ear-piercing clients and shoppers
• Educate on Rowan piercing services and jewelry
• Support needs of ear piercing clients and shoppers
• Improve store efficiency for a seamless experience
• Restock jewelry and piercing materials
• Maintain cleanliness and sterility of the studio
• Perform bi-weekly inventory counts and investigate discrepancies
• Manage technology and software systems
• Embody Rowan's culture and celebrate atmosphere in studio

🎯 Requirements

• Retail or sales experience
• Jewelry, ear piercing, or hospitality experience a plus
• Ability to work independently and own outcomes
• Positive, high-energy, resourceful with entrepreneurial spirit
• Passion for earrings and ear piercing
• Interest in an early-stage, high-growth company
• Willing to work a flexible schedule
