📋 Description

• Provide customers with a great experience and strong product knowledge.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Hit daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
• Maintain store aesthetics by cleaning, stocking, organizing per merchandising plans.
• Stay up-to-date with brand, product knowledge, and events to assist customers.
• Represent Cycle Gear at events and engage with riders.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year+ of sales or customer service experience.
• Self-starter delivering personalized retail experience.
• Open mind, eager to learn and be part of riding community.
• Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro).
• Motorcycle riding knowledge or interest (desired but not required).
