📋 Description

• Provide customers with a great experience and strong product knowledge
• Help customers with in-depth information on product features and benefits
• Hit daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
• Maintain store aesthetics: clean, stock, organize; follow merchandising
• Stay up-to-date with brand knowledge and events
• Represent J&P Cycles at events (shows and races)
• Interact with riders daily

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year+ sales or customer service experience
• Self-starter with outstanding, personalized retail experience
• Open mind, eager to learn, part of riding community
• Experience with computers and POS systems, RetailPro
• Motorcycle riding/knowledge or interest (desired)
