📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls and requests from potential partners.
• Enter and update lead information in Pipedrive.
• Contact leads by phone, email, or other channels.
• Explain Wolt’s commercial terms and merchant responsibilities.
• Request onboarding documents from partners.
• Guide partners through KYC/KYB and ensure data completeness.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous sales/BD/partner experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail when reviewing data and docs.
• Strong organizational skills; prioritize leads.
• Familiar with CRM tools and Excel (Pivot tables).
• Thrives in a dynamic, high-volume environment.
