Sales Associate

📋 Description

• Use CRM tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Aircall, and Marketo to support customer onboarding
• Apply effective communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills to guide customers
• Manage communication with new accounts through calls, emails, and automated sequences while working
• Help address onboarding, operational, and payment-related issues in a timely manner to support a
• Support onboarding and activation goals for the assigned portfolio by maintaining consistent
• Proactively share feedback, insights and ideas in team meetings to contribute towards new business

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree holder or current bachelor's degree student.
• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, telesales, inside sales, customer onboarding, customer
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to work in an aggressive, target-driven environment, manage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English is a must, with excellent spoken communication, strong call handling ability
• Candidates with prior BPO or inside sales experience will be strongly preferred, especially those
