• Drive store sales by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission
• Create an authentic guest experience through product education and community
• Maintain strong product knowledge: features, fabrics, care, and design
• Lead by example on a team-focused culture with feedback and excellence
• Ensure a friendly, easy-to-shop environment and guest engagement
• Support sales goals and contribute to store operations and execution

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in client-centric sales (preferred)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Strong product knowledge and ability to educate guests
• Team player open to feedback and coaching
