• Drive store sales by delivering the ALO experience and brand mission.
• Provide authentic guest service with product education.
• Maintain knowledge of features, fabrics, usage, care.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of client-centric sales experience (preferred)
• Passion for customer service and delivering great experiences
• Ability to educate guests on product, community and culture
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to stand/move for full shift; lift up to 50 pounds
• Flexible schedule including weekends (retail)
