📋 Description

• Drive store sales by delivering the ALO experience and guest connection.
• Be expert in product knowledge: features, fabric, care; educate guests.
• Create an authentic, welcoming guest experience and community education.
• Lead and exceed sales goals through ALO Flow initiatives and teamwork.
• Ensure engaging store environment; assist guests on floor and back of house.
• Build client relationships; analyze reports with leadership to grow.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year prior client-centric sales experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to stand/walk entire shift; lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability, 7 days a week if needed.
• Team player with a proactive, energetic attitude.
• Passion for retail, product launches, and guest education.
