Sales Associate, Home Health

📋 Description

• Support area sales team with admin sales/marketing tasks.
• Process referrals from sources across Southern NJ.
• Build relationships with referral sources, physicians and health pros.
• Coordinate with the service office to set up physician-ordered services.
• Collaborate with TCM, Marketing Manager and Directors on key accounts.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and strive to meet performance targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; degree may be waived with experience
• 1 year healthcare/home health experience preferred
• Experience with health systems/referral management platforms a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
