Sales Associate, Home Health Sales and Marketing

📋 Description

• Support area sales team with administrative sales and marketing tasks
• Process referrals from various referral sources to transition or initiate care
• Collaborate with Transitional Care Manager, Marketing Manager, and directors on key accounts
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and demonstrate performance per standards
• Coordinate with service office to set up physician-ordered services
• Grow within a dynamic, entrepreneurial healthcare sales environment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; degree may be substituted with sales/referral management experience
• 1 year healthcare setting experience preferred
• Experience with health systems/referral management; home health platforms a plus
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong project management and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication

🎁 Benefits

• Base Pay: $25 - $27 per hour depending on qualifications
