Own end-to-end handling of all inbound sales leads, including lead follow-up and basic conversion.
Identify high-value potential leads and escalate timely to senior sales personnel for further
Provide daily operational support for key corporate accounts, including resolving order-related
Manage fleet and driver arrangement & coordination work, and follow up on compensation process

🎯 Requirements

1-3 years prior working experience in Account Management, Customer Service or Sales, preferably
Hands-on, accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
Fluent in English; additional language proficiency in Urdu/Hindi, Malayalam or Arabic is highly
Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field.
