• Lead sales to meet/exceed store goals via ALO Flow initiatives
• Deliver authentic guest experiences through product education
• Be expert in product features, benefits, fabric, usage, care
• Maintain engaging, friendly store environment and guest service
• Support merchandising, stock flow, and shipments
• Communicate store goals and initiatives with leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of client-focused sales experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly
• Flexible availability including weekends
• Ability to stand, move and lift up to 50 pounds
• Team player with initiative and goal-driven mindset
