📋 Description

• Support store sales goals through authentic guest experiences
• Educate customers on ALO products, fabric details, and care
• Provide excellent service and maintain a welcoming store environment
• Contribute to team-driven sales and store goals through ALO Flow initiatives
• Engage with guests and educate on product and community initiatives
• Assist with daily store operations and ensuring a clean, organized floor

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years in a client-centric, sales environment preferred
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Excellent communication and ability to educate guests on product and culture
• Ability to work on the sales floor and back-of-house tasks, including replenishment
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift; lift up to 50 pounds
• Willingness to work during peak holiday periods and blackout times
