• Create authentic, welcoming guest experiences through product education.
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO Flow initiatives and improving productivity.
• Ensure friendly engagement and an easy-to-shop store environment for every guest.
• Support shipment processing, product flow, and visual merchandising daily.
