📋 Description

• Impacts the business and store environment in a positive manner aligning with store leadership and
• Drive and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives, while optimizing productivity and
• Ensure engagement with customers and provide a friendly and easy to shop environment
• Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers
• In partnership with leadership team, analyze reports to strategize and deliver results; support
• Ensure effective sales floor coverage through the development of workforce solutions and leading

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment (preferred)
• Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to align with and embody the company's guiding principles
• Self-motivated and able to thrive both autonomously and as part of a team to achieve superior
• flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to stand and work for extended periods of time
