• Drive store sales by delivering the ALO experience.
• Provide product education on features, fabrics, usage, design, and care.
• Create an authentic guest experience and community education.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year client-centric sales experience.
• Passion for customer service and exceptional experiences.
• Confidently explain ALO's product, community and culture.
• Self-motivated with drive to achieve results.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift.
