📋 Description

• Identify customer needs, understand their circumstances, and recommend suitable auto and property
• Manage incoming customer calls and other communication channels while meeting established sales
• Build and maintain strong knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, pricing structures
• Accurately collect and enter customer information into quoting systems to generate appropriate
• Present and explain premium estimates, policy features, coverage options, deductibles, and pricing
• Convert qualified leads into sales by communicating the value of available products and matching

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated sales ability and a track record of achieving or exceeding sales objectives.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate digital platforms, quoting systems, and customer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain products and pricing
• Strong customer service skills and a client-focused approach to identifying needs and recommending
• Excellent multitasking, organizational, and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage
