Support recurring and ad hoc reporting related to pipeline, bookings, forecasting, and productivity.
Maintain and validate sales data within CRM and related systems for accuracy.
Assist in administration of sales processes including territory alignment and quota tracking.
Partner cross-functionally to support operational workflows and process documentation.
Analyze trends in sales data and provide insights for business planning.
Prepare dashboards, presentations, and performance summaries for leadership review.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics or equivalent.
Experience supporting sales reporting, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Experience with Salesforce reporting tools and BI/data visualization tools.
Exposure to sales process administration, system testing, or process documentation.
Proficiency in Excel and presentation software for data analysis.
