Sales Caller

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers to provide information about products or services
• Qualify leads over the phone and enter information into a CRM
• Coordinate and follow up on customer appointments and rescheduling
• Make collection calls, resolve debts, and update payment info per scripts
• Execute and monitor customer surveys, compiling results in a datasheet
• Address support tickets, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns

🎯 Requirements

• High school graduate or certificate course
• At least 1 year sales experience meeting quotas
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal, C1+)
• Strong phone, email, and IM communication
• Proactive, detail-oriented with good time management
• Able to work a graveyard shift
