Prepare system uploads, calculate, and reconcile commissions payout monthly/quarterly cadence
Onboard new hires, promotions, terminations in Xactly
Create, distribute and track sign-off of sales compensation plans for compliance
Serve as point of contact for commission questions; respond via ServiceNow
Develop, maintain, and update tools for sales commissions reporting
Maintain internal controls to ensure SOX and policy compliance

🎯 Requirements

1+ year in a high-tech Finance/accounting role with 1-2 years as commissions administrator
BS/BA in accounting, finance, economics, or quantitative field
3-4 years’ experience with Xactly or similar compensation tool
Strong Microsoft Excel skills and tech enthusiasm
EMEA Hours (2pm to 11pm)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
