Sales Commission Lead

📋 Description

• Own sales compensation strategy and execution across sales roles.
• Design consumption-aware hybrid commit + usage plans.
• Partner with Sales, FP&A, and HR on plan changes and field communication.
• Own quarter-close for commissions: eligibility, calculations, audits.
• Extend in-house commissions tooling and data pipelines.
• Build AI-native workflows for commissions and automated reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in sales commissions, incentive comp, or sales ops.
• End-to-end commission design + payout operations experience.
• Consumption-based or hybrid commit + usage model experience.
• Strong SQL skills against CRM/billing data; extend in-house calculators.
• Cross-functional operator with Sales, FP&A, HR, and Data Eng.
• Shipped automation with AI/agentic tools in current work.
