  • Administer compensation programs in current and future ICM tools.
  • Develop and document compensation procedures for streamlining and compliance.
  • Manage all commission plans per sales plans and ensure timely settlement.
  • Ensure data accuracy in ICM tools and manual audits.
  • Support sales by resolving commission inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain understanding of tools and data sources (Salesforce, Snowflake).

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years Sales Compensation experience with complex plans; hyper-growth context.
  • Experience with commission systems; CaptivateIQ Admin a plus; ICM admin cert preferred.
  • Experience implementing/maintaining an ICM tool preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; able to produce reports and presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across management levels.
