• Engage customer leads through conversations that build brand and drive purchases
• Navigate a blend of sales, support, and general customer care - reading each situation and
• Proactively raise issues, flag edge cases, and surface process gaps to help improve internal
• Identify gaps in our internal processes and help implement improvements
• Maintain internal documentation alongside your teammates, ensuring information shared across teams
• Collaborate with the product team to address improvement opportunities within the platform

🎯 Requirements

• Flexible work schedule with required weekend coverage
• Able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with software tools and platforms; some technical or product experience is
• 2+ years of experience in retail sales, customer engagement, or related customer-facing roles
• You don't need a playbook for every situation - you use common sense, read the room, and know how
