Sales Coordinator

📋 Description

• Oversee order-to-cash using NetSuite ERP (order entry, invoicing, credits).
• Collaborate with Finance, Pricing, and internal teams to streamline order processing.
• Set up new surgeons and healthcare facilities in systems for product access.
• Serve as primary contact for customers via phone and email.
• Resolve product/service issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Onboard new distributors and integrate into systems.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• 3 years\' experience supporting a sales team in a team-focused office
• Medical device experience or knowledge preferred
