Sales Coordinator

📋 Description

• Drive sales by managing incoming lead sources and assigning them to the proper sales manager
• Collaborate with and assist sales managers to ensure each step of the active group journey from
• Listen and read customers to identify needs and respond accordingly
• Maintain complete and accurate records of all customer interactions and correspondence in the sales
• Review group contracts and rate agreements accurately
• Identify ways to improve processes and enhance sales systems

🎯 Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Sales Coordinator, Finance Coordinator or similar role
• Ability to understand customer requirements and translate that into sales solutions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a remote work environment
• Ability to set priorities and work on several projects simultaneously while meeting guidelines
• Computer literate; experience using Google Workspace tools and ability to learn new tools quickly
