• Identify and develop new TOMRA customers within the UK retail market, from first conversation to a
• Connect with potential customers through proactive outbound calling and prospecting
• Build relationships with retailers, franchise operators and commercial decision makers
• Ask the right questions to understand customers, their requirements and where TOMRA could add value
• Turn conversations into opportunities, qualifying leads and agreeing clear next steps
• Book and run online customer meetings, including product demonstrations following appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years' experience in B2B sales, Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, telesales
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone and starting conversations with new contacts
• Strong communication and listening skills
• A curious mindset and willingness to understand what a customer really needs
• Good organisation and disciplined follow-up
