Sales Development Account Manager

📋 Description

• Own customer acquisition through lead generation and outreach to prospects
• Generate and pre-qualify leads using company resources and tools
• Research leads and identify relevant prospects across data pools
• Engage prospects by email/phone to create new business opportunities
• Schedule appointments and present at meetings as needed
• Collaborate with sales/marketing and internal teams to meet targets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
• Inside Sales experience in CRO/vendor within clinical trials or safety
• Proven lead development, qualification, and appointment setting
• Strong understanding of Phase I-IV clinical development
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM and sales tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication; results-driven
