Conduct outbound sales outreach and follow-ups
Book meetings/demos with B2B enterprise prospects (event managers)
Maintain CRM (HubSpot or equivalent), keeping records and pipeline stages current
Hit minimum of 30+ outbound calls/touches per day
Deliver minimum of 10 booked appointments/demos per month
Work from lead lists and CRM data, self-sourcing when needed

🎯 Requirements

3-4+ years experience in B2B sales, appointment setting, or SDR/BDR
Hands-on fluency in HubSpot or another CRM
Comfortable using AI tools for outreach and CRM data entry
Strong written and verbal English communication
