📋 Description

• Lead and scale a predictable outbound engine, developing future sales talent and redefining how
• Build and optimize an SDR function leveraging AI tools to enhance research, messaging, and coaching
• Collaborate with Marketing, Partners, Sales, Enablement, and RevOps to drive pipeline growth
• Audit and optimize SDR processes, messaging, and cadences across Gong Engage, Salesforce, and
• Establish a weekly coaching rhythm using Gong analytics, call reviews, and performance dashboards.
• Launch AI-Enhanced Outbound Playbook integrating tools like Gong Engage, Qualified, Clay, ZoomInfo

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of leadership in sales development or outbound sales at scale
• Experience building and optimizing outbound sales processes and teams
• Experience with modern outbound tools: Gong Engage, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Qualified, Clay, ChatGPT
• Demonstrated ability to drive performance metrics (activity to meeting, meeting to opportunity
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience optimizing conversion rates and pipeline quality
• Excellent coaching and talent development skills, including SDR-to-AE promotion processes
