📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for sales positions ranging from individual contributors to senior
• Build targeted talent maps and proactive pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals
• Lead effective intake meetings with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, clarify
• Maintain ongoing relationships with prospective candidates and develop warm talent pipelines ahead
• Manage the candidate journey from initial outreach through onboarding, ensuring an authentic
• Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, conversion rates, and source

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of full-cycle sales recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with experience
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environments is preferred, with the
• Strong hands-on experience with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS, including structured interview
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools, with the ability to develop
• Strong understanding of U.S. talent markets, compensation trends, and hiring practices relevant to
• Experience using AI tools across recruiting workflows, including sourcing, screening, outreach
