  • Reliable home/remote setup; self-discipline to work remotely.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach; 50+ touches/day.
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, useful notes.
  • Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/outsourced services.
