📋 Description

  • Collaborate with AEs to schedule calls and demos; ensure smooth handoffs to opportunities.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; map stakeholders across teams.
  • Capture key prospect data from initial contact and online sources; keep CRM clean.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR/inside sales).
  • Confident on phone and in writing; articulate value in calls and emails.
  • Reliable remote work setup and self-discipline for a high-volume desk.
  • Comfort with high-volume outreach (50+ touches/day).
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, clear notes.
  • Nice to have: experience selling AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO services.
