📋 Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads as first contact for Wing.
  • Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound daily (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to build pipeline.
  • Tailor outreach to prospect goals; articulate Wing’s value.
  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos; smooth handoffs.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, timing; map stakeholders.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified appointments, demos, and pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6m–2y outbound sales exp (SDR/BDR/inside). Senior 1–3y possible.
  • Confident on phone and in writing; articulate value.
  • Reliable home/remote setup with self-discipline for high-volume desk.
  • Comfortable with 50+ touches/day.
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes AEs can use.
  • Nice to have: AI, SaaS, or staffing/BPO experience.
