📋 Description

• Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
• Run high-volume outbound across calls, email, LinkedIn, events.
• Tailor outreach to prospect goals and Wing’s value proposition.
• Partner with AEs to schedule calls, demos, and handoffs.
• Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing.
• Maintain clean CRM data with up-to-date notes.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 months–2 years outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR/inside).
• Confident on phone and in writing to articulate value.
• Reliable remote work setup and self-discipline for high-volume desk.
• Comfort with 50+ touches per day.
• CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, usable notes.
• Strong work ethic; track metrics and learn from feedback.
