📋 Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads as first contact for Wing prospects.
  • Run high-volume outbound across calls, email, LinkedIn, events to build pipeline.
  • Tailor outreach to prospect goals; articulate Wing value.
  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos; handoffs.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, timing; map stakeholders.
  • Acquire key prospect data; keep clean, up-to-date CRM.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR/inside).
  • Confident on phone and in writing; articulate value clearly.
  • Reliable home/remote setup; self-discipline for high-volume desk.
  • Comfort with high volume; 50+ touches a day.
  • CRM discipline: clean data and updated notes for AEs.
  • Strong work ethic; track metrics and learn from every no.
