  • Confident on phone and in writing; articulate value clearly
  • Reliable home/remote setup; self-discipline for a high-volume desk
  • Comfort with high-volume; 50+ touches per day
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes
  • Strong work ethic; track numbers and conversion rates
