Sales Development Representative

📋 Description

• Outbound sales role: 70-80% of time spent prospecting through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
• Conduct high-volume cold calling to engage prospective customers and generate new business
• Execute targeted sales campaigns aligned with strategic industries, customer segments, and growth
• Research companies and decision-makers to identify sales opportunities
• Respond to and qualify inbound MQLs generated through marketing campaigns, events, and digital
• Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Managers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed within the last two years or expected to be completed in 2026 or 2027
• Up to 6 months of professional experience through work, internships, or extracurricular activities
• Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting & Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Financial
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence engaging and building relationships
• Ability to think analytically, solve problems, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to build a successful career in sales
