📋 Description

  • Prospect, educate, and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities.
  • Run high-volume, multi-channel outbound (calls, email, LinkedIn, events) to build pipeline.
  • Tailor outreach to each prospect’s goals and articulate Wing’s value.
  • Partner with Account Executives to schedule calls, meetings, and demos.
  • Conduct discovery to qualify fit, pain, and timing; map stakeholders.
  • Acquire prospect data from conversations and the web; keep CRM clean.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years outbound sales experience (SDR/BDR/D2D/inside sales).
  • Confidence on the phone and in writing to articulate value.
  • Reliable home/remote work setup and self-discipline for high-volume desk.
  • Comfort with high volume; 50+ touches a day.
  • CRM discipline: clean data, updated stages, notes for AEs.
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn; track numbers and conversions.
